I took my laptop outside to the backyard to enjoy the nice weather and the sun. I went back inside after a few minutes, though, because the sun was so bright I could barely see anything on the screen. While I was outside I did pick up two other wireless networks besides my own. And then when I sat in the living room (which is the part of the house that is nearest to one of our neighbours) I picked up yet another network.
