Waiting for EE 1.4

Rick mentioned in this thread that EE 1.4 should be coming out by the end of the year.
Here’s what’s going to be in it (as far as I know, which isn’t much):
- Entry Versioning
- Some way to easily customize the control panel
- An Extensions API, which may tie into the above point
- (Possibly) elseif and else conditionals
And there should be a Developer Blog too!
I can’t wait!
Update: Check out Rick’s post in this thread. There are a lot more neat features.

Personally I would love to see a “Community” option that would allow for fast developments of blogs and the templates for individual users. Sort of a blogspot on demand thing… that would be nice.

It might take a while before they do that – I think they are writing the e-commerce module first, and then maybe the community blog module after that.
