On Saturday I saw Love Actually. It was a good funny movie! There were a ton of great actors in it. The movie follows the lives of several different couples, and the love that blossoms (or doesn’t) between them. At first I was overwhelmed and then got kind of bored with all the different characters, but in the end it all made sense! Only complaint is: more than enough nudity in it.

The soundtrack for the movie is good, too. That actress singing at the end was amazing!

Some of my favourite quotes from the movie:

Natalie: Hello, David. I mean sir. Oh, shit, I can’t believe I just did that. Oh and now I’ve gone and said “shit” - twice.
Prime Minister: Well, you could’ve said “fuck”, and then we all would have been in trouble.
Natalie: Oh thank you sir. I had an awful premonition that I was going to fuck up my first day. Oh piss-it!

Sam: OK. The truth is… I’m in love.
Daniel: Sorry?
Sam: The truth is I’m in love and there’s nothing I can do about it, and it just keeps getting worse.
Daniel: Aren’t you a bit young to be in love?
Sam: No.
Daniel: Oh, OK, right. Well, I can’t deny it. I’m a little relieved.
Sam: Why?
Daniel: Well, you know - I thought it might be something worse. Sam
[incredulous]
Sam: Worse then the total agony of being in love?
Daniel: Oh. Yeah, you’re right. Total agony.

Sam: The only thing about romance is that people only get together right at the very end.
