After 5 months, I finally found a partial solution to the htaccess problem. The front site appears to work for the most part. Except now I can’t get into the control panel properly.
If I access the control panel at mysite.org/system, I cannot access the control panel.
If I access the control panel at mysite.org/system/index.php, I get access to the control panel.
It’s not a big deal but I’m lazy and don’t want to type in the extra characters.

It`s normally that because you have many files in youriste.org/system/ so you need to say witch one to run , so will be index.php , this you can find even to some directory software or other software
