Jack Tulliver (played by Wesley Snipes) is an ex-military man who has turned into a thief. He and his girlfriend concoct an elaborate plan to steal from a security company. Their plans go awry when he finds a suitcase among the loot, and his team gets ambushed. Jack escapes with the suitcase, and soon finds himself in a lot of trouble, as there are people willing to kill to get it back.

The movie was a typical action movie with car chases, lots of fights, and all that. I enjoyed the movie until we were introduced to Tulliver’s ally, the military officer Kelly Anders (played by Tamzin Outhwaite), for some reason I didn’t like her character at all.
