Ben Gates (Nicolas Cage) is on the search for treasure of the Knights Templar, the location of which is a secret passed down from his ancestors. He enlists the help of Ian Howe (Sean Bean). When they realize that the clues lead to a map at the back of the Declaration of Independence, Ian offers to steal the document. Ben didn’t want to ruin the declaration, so Ian tried to kill Ben and steal it for himself. Now Ben has to steal the Declaration of Indepence first, before Ian gets to it. Diane Kruger, Riley Poole, and Jon Voight also star.
