Shrek 2 is the sequel to the animated movie Shrek. Shrek and Fiona are now married. They get an invitation Fiona’s parents, the king and queen of a land Far, Far Away. Donkey tags along with them when they go to visit. Shrek and Fiona’s appearance as ogres cause quite a stir with Fiona’s parents and every one else in the land, including Fiona’s fairy godmother. She plots to replace Shrek with a more suitable Prince Charming.

Maya is a book about an evolutionary biologist called Frank, whose young daughter died in an accident. The death caused Frank and his wife to separate. Frank then went to visit an island in Fiji, where he met an extraordinary group of people, including a Spanish couple and an English writer. They talk about life, death, philosophy, and the meaning of the universe.
